Creating a listing on Fiva.ca is quick, easy, and can be done from anywhere in the world. Follow these steps to post your first listing today!
Before creating a listing, make sure:
- You're logged into your Fiva account
- Don't have an account? Register here
For Desktop Users:
- Click the "Post an Ad" button in the website header
- Select your ad category or search categories using keywords
- Create an attention-grabbing title for your listing
- Add photos: Upload up to 12 images in JPG, HEIC or PNG format (max 25MB each)
- Optionally add video by including a product/service link
- Write detailed description to help buyers evaluate your offer
- Select attributes: Fill all required fields (marked with *) and add optional details
- Set price: Choose fixed, negotiable, or hourly/monthly/yearly rate
- Location auto-detects after accepting our Cookie Policy, or enter manually
- Verify phone number (first-time users) and click "Publish"
- Select promotion options or click "Skip" to publish immediately
For Mobile Users:
- Tap the maple leaf icon at the bottom center of your screen
- Choose your ad category from the list or use search
- Create a compelling title for your listing
- Add photos: Tap camera icon to upload images (same formats/sizes as desktop)
- Add video link if relevant to your product/service
- Provide complete description in the text field
- Fill all required attributes (marked with *)
- Set pricing options (fixed/negotiable/time-based)
- Allow location access or enter address manually
- Verify phone number (if first ad) and tap "Publish"
- Select boost options or tap "Skip" to publish
