All listings on Fiva.ca follow a consistent lifecycle:
- 30-day active period from the posting date
- Email notification sent 3 days before expiration
- Automatic archiving after the 30-day period
- Seller control to renew or remove archived listings
3.1 Proactive Notification System
We notify users via email when:
- A listing approaches its expiration date (3-day notice)
- A listing has been archived
- Free listing limits are nearly reached
4. Dynamic Category Adjustments
Certain categories feature flexible limits based on market dynamics:
