By opting into recurring pre-authorized credit card payments, I expressly authorize Fiva Marketplace to charge the designated credit card according to the following terms:
Payment Schedule
Charges will be processed on the 30th day following the invoice date for each Fiva Marketplace product or service subscription. This applies to:
- All active monthly invoices associated with my Fiva account
- Multiple simultaneous subscriptions or insertion orders
- Previously issued invoices not yet due at time of authorization
Should the scheduled charge date fall on a weekend or statutory holiday, transactions will be processed on the next subsequent business day.
Authorization Terms
This payment authorization remains valid indefinitely until formally revoked. To terminate this arrangement:
- Provide written notice at least 15 calendar days prior to the next scheduled billing date
- Submit termination requests via email to [email protected] or through our contact form
Cardholder Responsibilities
As the authorized cardholder, I agree to:
- Maintain valid, current credit card information in my account profile
- Promptly notify Fiva Marketplace of any changes to card details (expiration, number, etc.)
- Certify that I am the legitimate cardholder with authority to authorize recurring charges
- Refrain from disputing valid charges that comply with these terms with my financial institution
Declined Payments and Fees
The following provisions apply to payment processing:
- Declined transactions may incur an administrative fee of up to CAD $75.00
- Fiva Marketplace reserves the right to suspend services following payment failures
- Prepaid credit cards and virtual payment cards are not accepted
Card Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for pre-authorized payments, credit cards must meet these criteria:
- Issued by a Canadian financial institution
- Remaining validity period of at least 3 months from authorization date
- Associated with a permanent billing address in Canada
Company Rights
Fiva Marketplace retains these rights regarding payment processing:
- Discontinue pre-authorized payment options for any account without prior notice
- Modify administrative fees with 30 days advance notification
- Suspend services immediately following repeated payment failures
