Fiva User Review Policies: Guidelines for Trusted Feedback

Our review system empowers the Fiva community to share transaction experiences and recognize quality interactions. After completing a transaction, you may leave a review consisting of a 1-5 star rating and specific feedback about your experience.

Review Guidelines

All reviews must reflect genuine transaction experiences and adhere to these core principles:

  • Accuracy: Describe your interaction truthfully
  • Respect: Avoid harassment or abusive language
  • Integrity: Don't mislead other community members
  • Relevance: Focus on the transaction experience

We reserve the right to remove reviews violating our policies. Published reviews display your username, profile photo (if available), and relevant listing category.

Leaving a Review

To submit a review:

  • Complete a transaction through Fiva Marketplace
  • Submit within 14 days of transaction completion

Desktop Process

  1. Sign in to your Fiva account
  2. Click the Chat icon (top-right corner)
  3. Select the conversation for your completed transaction
  4. Click the user's profile picture
  5. Select Leave Review below their profile card
  6. Choose your role (Buyer/Seller) and the relevant listing
  7. Rate 1-5 stars and select feedback options
  8. Click Submit Review

Review Publication

Reviews are only visible after moderation approval (1-5 business days). If you made an error in your review, contact our support team for assistance.

Viewing Reviews

Viewing Other Users' Reviews

To see reviews for another user:

  1. During a conversation, click their profile information
  2. Select View Profile
  3. Click the Reviews tab to view feedback

Average ratings appear on profile cards and message headers.

Accessing Your Reviews

To see reviews about you:

  1. Click your profile icon (top-right)
  2. Select your username
  3. View your average rating below your name
  4. Click your rating to see detailed feedback

FAQ

Who can leave reviews?

All authorized Fiva users can leave reviews after completed transactions.

Can I edit my review?

Reviews can't be edited after submission. Contact support if you need to correct significant errors.

Does Fiva mediate review disputes?

We don't arbitrate disagreements about review content. Published reviews reflect individual experiences.

What about conversations outside Fiva?

You can leave reviews regardless of communication method. However, if a seller reports a review as fraudulent and our investigation confirms this, the reviewing account may face sanctions per Fiva's policies.

Why does moderation take 1-5 days?

We verify reviews for authenticity and policy compliance. During peak times, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Note: This policy applies to all reviews submitted after July 4, 2025. Previous reviews remain unaffected.
